2. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: Suitex Agency requires 100% payment in advance for all services as outlined on our website.
- Additional Costs: The client is responsible for any applicable transaction fees and taxes.
3. Revisions and Adjustments
- Revision Policy: Unlimited revisions are offered for all work, provided the requests are made within 7 days of the project’s delivery. In special circumstances, this period can be extended to 14 days.
- Revision Timelines:
- Up to 24 hours of initial urgency: Revisions will be completed within 24 hours.
- 24-48 hours of initial urgency: Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
- Beyond 48 hours of initial urgency: Revisions will be completed within 72 hours.
4. Project Requirements
- Pre-Project Discussions: All project specifications and requirements will be clearly outlined and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of any work.
- Service Level Disputes: Any disputes regarding the level of service will be handled according to the terms agreed upon at the start of the project, these terms and conditions, and standard business practices.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with the provided services or products, a refund request may be submitted within 5 days following the completion of your order.
- Conditional Refunds: A refund may be granted if Suitex Agency is unable to satisfy service requirements through our revision policy.
- Assumption of Satisfaction: If no refund request is made within 5 days post-delivery, it will be assumed that the client is satisfied with the order.
